Hi, I’m Ashley! I started Flourish Professional Support in 2022 after nearly two decades working in legal, executive, and administrative support. I’ve worked as a paralegal and executive assistant, including several years in New York City, and I have degrees in Paralegal Studies and Business Administration.
I’ve always loved figuring things out and finding better ways to do things. Whether it’s organizing a complicated project, simplifying a messy process, or creating a system that saves time, I’m happiest when I can make someone’s life a little easier.
These days, I work with membership organizations, online communities, and small businesses, helping with everything from day-to-day details to bigger projects. I especially love the people side of it: getting to know a business, understanding what matters to its members, and making sure the little details don’t get overlooked.
I’m based in Wisconsin and work with clients across the country. I like getting to know the people I work with, and I take pride in being someone they can count on.
